She is a seasoned Governance, Finance, and Public Policy Expert with over 20 years of experience across public and private sectors. Esther has held senior leadership roles, including County Executive Committee Member for Finance and Economic Planning in Bungoma County (2017–2022), where she oversaw county fiscal strategy, budget-making, and economic planning. She also served as a Board Director and Audit Committee Chair at Nzoia Water Services Company (2017–2022), where she provided governance, oversight, and financial stewardship in a regulated public utility.
